Only Good Panzer Is A Dead One..

One of 8,800  MKIV Panzer Ausf G tanks produced by Germany during WW2, possibly knocked out by his carrier platoon using hand placed track damaging"Sticky Bombs" as little indication of anti tank gun damage.Hell has  few rewards.. but taking out a mass destructive killer such as one of these killing machines would definitely makes ones day..

Built by Krupps Motor Werks in Germany's supremely (airborne bombing) protected heartland, the giant industrial "Ruhr Valley" these were powered by a 12 cylinder 220k/w (296 hp) engine, with a maximum "smooth" road speed of 32kph and a fuel range of 200k/m.Its main armament was its 75mm gun carrying a total of 87 rounds of varying purposes, with a crew of 5,these being the Kommander, driver, gunner, loader, and operator/machine gunner.A highly successfull tank which had a maximum armour width of 80mm and was operational until 1967.

This example would by from one of the two Afrika Korps Panzer Divisions, the 15th or the 21st.

Impressive photograph of this 28th Maori Battalion Captain, Ted Hayward on a 25000k/g fear monger..
