This is my Koro on Anzac Day in Fielding. I can't remember the date but on this particular day both his grandsons, who were in the Army at the time, donned their uniforms, picked him and Uncle Tom Searancke up for the dawn parade and they all spent the day together. I'd say that my Koro was proud as punch to be escorted by his grandsons.
