Per the Erratum for the 'To Jun 1940' Nominal Roll, the name Tana, Wati, service no. 39474 was corrected to Taua, Wati, service no. 39474. This would mean that the servicemen's mother should also have the surname of Taua, not Tana.
You may wish to correct the record. I have also suggested Auckland Museum correct their Cenotaph record.
