Murray William Bobette

Private Murray William Bobbette, who embarked with the 9th Reinforcements. He was wounded twice.

This is a photo of my grandfather, Murray Bobbette when he was about 18.

Apparently he enlisted when he was only 16 or 17 - Bobbett became Bobbette and off he went to Europe, and thankfully returned and met my grandmother. He talks about that in a video we have of him talking about the war.

All his children and grandchildren are Bobbette's.
