Can anyone help me with some detail on John Silbery. Any ideas what company he was in? Also he was KIA on the 8th April 1945 in the lead up to Operation BUCKLAND the attack across the Senio River. The official history shows no casualties on the 8th but my casualty list shows John was KIA on the 8th and 817711 Pte Paewai Williams and 817712 Pte Willie Robert Wilson were WIA on the same day. Do any family members have any details on these events on the 8th April? Shaun
