This is my father

It's been awhile since I've logged onto the 28th Maori Battalion, feeling the need to hopefully find out information about my late grandmother Polly Potaka from the Ohingaiti area. My father William Bremner Mill (named after his late father William Bremer Mill) was also one of many young and brave maori men who served in the war. It's a start which I'm praying could lead to finding out more about this incredible woman. Would you happen to know anything i.e. this her name, sibblings, parents, where it is she my rest ? I am wondering if Hautapu and Edward are relatives on my mothers side. She was born in Te Kuiti, as was I, and lived on family land in PioPio. Her name is Aroha Newton (maiden I think), and family names is Ngarotata. She was also known as Deborah and would be around late fifties by now. I have met her, however am unfamilier with other family and extended family, as was fostered out. If anyone knows anything about these two or other information please let me know!
