Monty Soutar's C Company history Nga Tama Toa: The Price of Citizenship was launched by the then Prime Minister, Helen Clark, at Gisborne's Te Poho-o-Rāwiri Marae on 25 October 2008. This photograph shows part of the pōwhiri welcoming VIPs and manuhiri on to the marae before the formal launch ceremony.
